The annual UA in DC program coordinated by The University of Alabama Career Center and the National Capital alumni chapter will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at 6:30pm.
The event will take place in the offices of Van Scoyoc Associates, located on the Hill (101 Constitution Avenue, NW, Suite 600 West, Washington, DC 20001).
If you will be in Washington, DC for an internship or work this summer, please plan to attend. The UA in DC program exists to bring UA students and alumni together for shared interests, networking and education. This is a great way to connect with other UA students and alumni who will be in the DC area during the summer.
The speaker for the evening will be South Alabama Congressman Jo Bonner, First Congressional District of Alabama. Congressman Bonner is a graduate of The University of Alabama. His professional bio can be found here: http://www.jobonner.com/about.html.
